Join this fun-filled celebration of public transit featuring a live performance from The Seattle Women’s Steel Pan Project. Grab a special tote bag and enjoy KBCS Day at the Farmers Market, soak up the sounds of Caribbean steel drums, and be part of a live broadcast from the KBCS team! Attendees can also enter for a chance to win an ORCA card and a variety of KBCS prizes.

The event dovetails with What the Flux?: Commuter Dispatches, a collection of tales that showcase the provocative, and often moving experiences of local commuters. Listening and recording stations will be set up inside an on-site Metro bus, where attendees will be able to contribute their own stories to the #WTFlux project.
